Full Journal pdf2004-05-11 House Journal Page 4305 HB 514 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4285) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 514(FIN) am "An Act relating to child support modification and enforcement, to the establishment of paternity by the child support enforcement agency, and to the crimes of criminal nonsupport and aiding the nonpayment of child support; amending Rule 90.3, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 514(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 514(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 514(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 514(FIN) am?"
